1. Introduction
Q-Technology OÜ is committed to shipping its products as quickly and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy sets out the processing, dispatch and delivery terms applicable to orders placed on the shop.qbiohacking.com store.
2. Delivery Zones
Q-Technology OÜ delivers to the following geographic areas:
- European Union, all Member States;
- Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway and other non-EU European countries, subject to availability;
- North America: United States, Canada and Mexico;
- Other international destinations upon request and subject to availability.

3. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within one to three business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
The customer is notified by email once the order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number where applicable.
In the event of a significant processing delay, for example due to a temporary stock shortage, Q-Technology OÜ will inform the customer by email as soon as possible and offer either:
- The option of maintaining the order with a revised timeline;
- Or cancellation with a full refund.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once the order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- European Union: 4 to 7 business days;
- North America, including the United States, Canada and Mexico: 10 to 14 business days;
- Other international destinations: 10 to 20 business days, depending on the country and carrier.
These timelines are provided as estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions and other exceptional circumstances beyond Q-Technology OÜ’s control.
Insoles may occasionally be subject to additional lead times due to made-to-order production constraints. The customer will be informed at the time of ordering or by email.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package.
The exact amount is clearly displayed before final order confirmation.
Q-Technology OÜ may periodically offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, such as 550 euros. Such conditions are indicated on the Store.
6. Order Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer receives an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
The customer can track the progress of their delivery in real time.
If the tracking information has not been updated for an abnormally long period, the customer is invited to contact:

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
If the address is incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible, the package may be returned to Q-Technology OÜ or additional redelivery fees may be charged to the customer.
Q-Technology OÜ accepts no liability for non-delivery or delays resulting from an address incorrectly provided by the customer.
8. International Shipments Outside the EU
For orders destined for countries outside the European Union, the package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are independent of the order price and shipping fees paid to Q-Technology OÜ.
Q-Technology OÜ accepts no liability for delays, holds, refusals or additional taxes attributable to the customs authorities of the destination country.
Customers are advised to check with local authorities before placing an order in order to anticipate any potential additional costs.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event of a package lost during transit or a product received in damaged condition, the customer is invited to contact Q-Technology OÜ within fourteen days of the expected delivery date or the date of receipt of the package.

Q-Technology OÜ will then open an investigation with the carrier and, where applicable, arrange for replacement of the product or a refund, according to the most appropriate course of action.
10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
For all information regarding returns, right of withdrawal, warranties and refunds, the customer is invited to consult the Terms and Conditions of Sale available on the Store.
