This policy explains how Q-Technology OÜ uses cookies and similar technologies on shop.qbiohacking.com (the “Shop”), and how you stay in control of your choices.

2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site recognise your device and remember certain information. In this policy, “cookies” also covers similar technologies: pixels, tags and local storage.
3. Your choice comes first
When you arrive, a banner offers “Accept all”, “Refuse all” or “Customize”. Until you accept, no statistics or advertising tool is loaded and no data is sent to them, neither from your browser nor from our server. Refusing has no effect on your purchase.
Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which the banner is shown again. You can change it at any time with the “Manage consent” tab at the bottom of the screen.
4. Categories we use
Essential (always active)
Required for the Shop to work: cart, checkout, security, language, signing in to your account, and remembering your cookie choice. Basis: technical necessity of the service you request.
Preferences
Remember convenience settings that are not essential. Set only with your consent.
Statistics
Measure traffic and use of the Shop (pages viewed, where visits come from) with Google Analytics. Set only with your consent.
Marketing
Measure the performance of our ads and show them to people who may be interested: Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and WooCommerce order attribution (which campaign an order came from). Set and sent only with your consent.

6. Payment and embedded services
At checkout, Stripe and PayPal set their own cookies, needed for the transaction and fraud prevention. Some services embedded in our pages (support chat, fonts) may receive your IP address when they load.
7. Meta and Google
With your “Marketing” consent, information about your visit (pages viewed, add-to-cart, purchases) is sent to Meta and Google to measure and deliver our campaigns. Meta and Google may link it to your account under their own policies and act as separate controllers for some purposes. These companies may process data in the United States; they participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
8. Managing cookies in your browser
Your browser also lets you view, delete or block cookies. Blocking essential cookies may stop the cart or checkout from working.
9. Your rights
Your rights over your data (access, correction, erasure, objection) and how to exercise them are set out in our privacy policy. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the authority in your country of residence.
10. Updates
We update this policy when our tools change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
