1. Preamble and Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales of products made via the online store shop.qbiohacking.com by Q-Technology OÜ, an Estonian company registered in the Estonian commercial register under number 17461461, with its registered office at Narva mnt 5, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia.
Any order placed on the Store constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale by the Customer. These terms take precedence over any conflicting conditions that may be presented by the Customer.
Q-Technology OÜ reserves the right to amend its Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The applicable terms are those in force at the date of the order.

3. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Store at the time of the Customer’s visit, subject to availability. Q-Technology OÜ reserves the right to modify the product range at any time without prior notice.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description on its product page. Photographs and illustrations are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Q-Technology products, including Q-Go insoles, Q-NeuroSync circuits, Q-Alpha, Q-Theta, Q-Omega, Q-Go, Bigfoot kits and Certified Tester bundles, are functional performance and wellness tools.
They are passive, non-invasive, battery-free and electrode-free. They do not constitute medical devices within the meaning of Regulation EU 2017/745, do not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and do not replace appropriate medical care.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed on the Store are quoted in euros, inclusive of all applicable taxes, VAT included, excluding shipping costs.
Applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process, before payment confirmation.
Q-Technology OÜ reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products ordered are invoiced at the rates in force at the time the order is registered.
For Customers residing outside the European Union, any applicable customs duties, import taxes and other local charges remain the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
5. Ordering
The Customer places an order directly on the Store by following the checkout process:
- Product selection;
- Adding products to cart;
- Login or account creation;
- Entry of the delivery address;
- Choice of shipping method;
- Payment confirmation.
Confirmation of the order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and forms the conclusion of the sales contract.
The Customer receives a confirmation email summarising the key details of the order.
Q-Technology OÜ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including a prior dispute with the Customer, suspicion of fraud, manifest pricing error or product unavailability.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately at the time of ordering.
The accepted payment methods are listed on the Store at the time of payment and may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay and other methods available depending on the Customer’s country.
Transactions are secured by the payment provider integrated with the Hostinger platform through SSL/TLS encryption.
Q-Technology OÜ does not store any bank card data on its own servers.
In the event of a payment failure or refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled.
7. Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering.
Q-Technology OÜ undertakes to dispatch the order within a reasonable timeframe from payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are:
- European Union: 4 to 7 business days;
- North America, including the United States, Canada and Mexico: 10 to 14 business days;
- Other non-EU destinations: 10 to 14 business days.
These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, customs formalities and circumstances beyond Q-Technology OÜ’s control.
In the event of a significant delivery delay, the Customer will be notified by email and may choose either to maintain the order or cancel it and receive a full refund of all amounts paid, except in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances attributable to a third party, such as the carrier or customs authorities.

8. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumer Customers
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, a consumer Customer residing in a Member State of the European Union has fourteen calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without being required to provide a reason or pay penalties.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Q-Technology OÜ by an unambiguous statement sent to:

The Customer must then return the product in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition, within fourteen days of notifying the withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless Q-Technology OÜ expressly indicates otherwise.
Q-Technology OÜ will refund all amounts paid by the Customer, excluding initial shipping costs in excess of the standard delivery option, within fourteen days of being informed of the withdrawal decision, subject to having received the returned product or proof of its dispatch by the Customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products, unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, or services fully performed with the Customer’s prior express consent, including Certified Tester training once completed in full.
9. Statutory Warranty of Conformity for EU Customers
In accordance with Directive EU 2019/771 and Estonian law, products benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity for a period of two years from delivery to the consumer Customer.
This warranty covers defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product.
In the event of a conformity defect, the Customer is entitled, free of charge and in accordance with applicable legal provisions, to have the product brought into conformity by repair or replacement, receive a price reduction, or terminate the contract.

10. Q-Technology Commercial Warranty
In addition to the statutory warranty, Q-Technology offers a two-year technical commercial warranty on Q-NeuroSync circuits, including Q-Alpha, Q-Theta, Q-Omega and Q-Go, from the date of receipt of the product, as confirmed by delivery tracking.
The estimated service life of the circuits exceeds five years under normal use.
This commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects in the circuits identified under normal use.
It does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from use contrary to the user guide, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, exposure to extreme conditions, prolonged moisture, excessive heat, immersion, or negligence.
For bundles including Certified Tester training, Q-Technology offers a full refund guarantee, including training and kit, if no Perfect Posture is achieved on the reference subject within one month of activation of the Tester licence.
Return shipping costs for the physical kit remain the responsibility of the Tester, under the anti-abuse policy.
11. Liability
Q-Technology OÜ’s liability cannot be engaged in the event of misuse of the products, unauthorised modification or alteration, or use not in accordance with the instructions set out in the user guide.
Q-Technology OÜ shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the Customer’s failure to follow usage recommendations, stated contraindications or the failure to consult a healthcare professional where recommended.
This includes, in particular, wearers of pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices, pregnancy, or any particular medical condition.
Q-Technology OÜ shall not be held liable for any failure to perform the contract resulting from a force majeure event, or from any disruption attributable to a third party, including supply interruption, customs delay or logistics failure.
12. Personal Data
The processing of the Customer’s personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Store, compliant with Regulation EU 2016/679, known as GDPR.
13. Intellectual Property
All elements on the Store, including texts, images, trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, scientific documents, methodologies, calibrated Q-NeuroSync circuit codes and the designation of the four Biophysical Profiles — Alpha, Theta, Omega and Harmonia — attributed to Nicolas Desjardins, are the exclusive property of Q-Technology OÜ and/or its rights holders.
These elements are protected under Estonian, European and international intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or use, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any means and on any medium, without the prior written authorisation of Q-Technology OÜ, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an act of infringement.
14. International Customers Outside the EU
For Customers residing outside the European Union, it is the Customer’s responsibility to verify that the products ordered comply with the laws, standards and regulations in force in their country of residence.
Q-Technology OÜ accepts no liability with respect to the compliance of its products with local regulations applicable in non-EU destination countries.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country remain the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
Q-Technology OÜ shall not be held liable for any consequences, including delays, customs holds or additional taxes, related to importation into third countries.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions more favourable to the consumer in their country of habitual residence within the European Union.
Failing amicable resolution or mediation, any dispute relating to the formation, performance, interpretation or termination of the sales contract shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, Harju Maakohus, Tallinn, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable under European Union law.
17. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions of Sale
Q-Technology OÜ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.
The Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to an order are those in force at the date the order is confirmed by the Customer.
New Terms and Conditions of Sale apply only to orders placed after their publication on the Store.
