This disclaimer applies to Q-Technology® insoles and the Fascia-Tool® (together, the “Products”). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Products and any related content (including guides, instructions, and recommendations), you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1) Important non-medical disclaimer (all customers)

1.1 No medical use / no medical claims

Q-Technology® insoles are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are intended for general well-being support (e.g., comfort, posture awareness, and stability support), subject to individual variability.
Fascia-Tool® is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical treatment. It is intended for personal use to support myofascial self-release and soft tissue mobility as part of general wellness routines.

1.2 Consult a qualified professional

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using the Products if you:

have any pre-existing medical condition (including musculoskeletal, neurological, or circulatory conditions);
experience ongoing, severe, or unexplained pain;
have had recent surgery or currently have an injury;
use or have implanted medical devices (e.g., pacemaker) or orthopedic implants;
are pregnant; or
take medication that may affect pain perception or tissue sensitivity.

Stop use and seek professional advice if you experience unusual discomfort, numbness, worsening symptoms, dizziness, or any concerning reaction.

2) No guarantee of results

Results differ from person to person. No specific outcome is guaranteed, including (without limitation):

pain relief;
posture improvements (including posture “in three planes”);
improved stability, balance, or performance; or
improved mobility or reduced muscle tension.

Any benefit reported by users may be influenced by individual factors such as anatomy, gait, training load, health status, prior injuries, and consistency of use.

3) Proper use and user responsibility

You agree to use the Products:

only as instructed in the official user guides and recommendations provided with the Products or on our Website;
in a way that is appropriate for your personal condition and tolerance; and
with reasonable care and attention to safety.

Misuse includes (without limitation): ignoring contraindications, using the Products contrary to instructions, excessive pressure or duration (for Fascia-Tool), using damaged products, or using the Products as a substitute for medical care.

4) Limited liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from incorrect, inappropriate, or non-recommended use of the Products.
We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from self-diagnosis, reliance on general wellness information, or delayed medical consultation.
We are not liable for any issues arising from unauthorized modifications, alterations, repairs, or misuse of Q-Technology® insoles and/or the Fascia-Tool®.

Use of the Products is at your own risk, subject always to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be excluded by law.

5) Warranty and returns (summary)

Unless otherwise stated in our applicable sales terms:

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects present upon receipt of the product.
You must report manufacturing defects within 30 days of receiving your order.
The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, neglect, improper care, or unauthorized modification.
The warranty period starts on the date of receipt as confirmed by delivery tracking (or equivalent proof of delivery).

For return or replacement requests, contact customer service within 30 days of delivery, and follow the return instructions provided.

6) Quebec & Canada-specific notice (where applicable)

For customers located in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada:

The Products are intended for general wellness and comfort support and are not represented as medical devices.
Any wellness-related statements should be understood as non-medical and non-diagnostic in nature.
If you have any health concerns, you should consult a licensed healthcare professional before use.

7) International customers

7.1 Local laws and import rules

The Products may be available for international purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that:

importation is permitted in your country; and
your purchase, possession, and use of the Products complies with local laws and regulations.

We are not responsible for customs delays, seizure, duties/taxes charged by local authorities, or regulatory issues arising outside your country of purchase.

7.2 Medical device status may differ

The Products may not be classified or recognized as medical devices in your jurisdiction. You should consult local professionals if you have health concerns and use the Products cautiously and responsibly.
