1. Right of withdrawal and right of return

For consumers located in the European Union, the customer has a period of 14 days to withdraw, without having to justify their decision, from the receipt of the products.

For customers located in Switzerland and/or outside the European Union, Q-Technology OU grants a contractual right of return of 14 days from receipt, except for the exceptions provided in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The date of receipt corresponds to the date indicated as “delivered” by the carrier in its tracking system. In the event of delivery without signature, this date shall prevail for the calculation of the period.

2. How To Initiate a Return

To exercise their right of withdrawal or return, the customer must notify their decision before the expiry of the applicable period, in writing, at the following address:

Before any return, the customer must contact support in order to obtain the return instructions and, where applicable, a return number or RMA. The products must be returned to the address provided by support.

No return must be sent without prior instructions from customer service.

After notification of the withdrawal, the customer must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days following their request.

The customer must indicate at least:

  1. their first and last name;
  2. their order number;
  3. the products concerned;
  4. their explicit wish to withdraw or return the products.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • For returns due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect), we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a return shipping label.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to properly package the products in order to avoid any damage during transport.
  • It is strongly recommended to make the return using a shipping method with a tracking number.
  • In the absence of a tracking number or proof of shipment, and unless the fault is attributable to Q-Technology OU, the customer assumes the consequences of a lost, undelivered or unremitted parcel. No refund may be claimed on this basis.

4. Inspection & Refund

Products must be returned complete, with their accessories, instructions, kit or bundle components, packaging, and in a condition allowing them to be resold.

The customer is responsible for any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of the status (accepted or rejected).
  • If accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • If the item is not in the required condition (unused, with tags, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee (e.g. up to 20%).
  • You will receive the refund for the product cost. Shipping fees are not refundable, except in cases of our error.
  • Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the refund is made via the same payment method as the one used when placing the order.

5. Specific Conditions According to Products

The insoles may be briefly tried inside shoes to check the size, in a manner comparable to an in-store fitting. The sizes are international averages and may vary slightly. Any use going beyond a simple fitting, including prolonged wear, daily use, signs of wear, odor, dirt or deformation, may result in depreciation, or even a refusal of refund.

Specificity for Q-Technology insoles

Q-Technology insoles are not standard products prefabricated in different sizes and stored ready for shipment.

They are manufactured and prepared on demand from uncut insole bases. Each pair is cut, adapted and configured specifically according to the choices made by the customer at the time of the order, including the size, color and type of Q-Technology circuit integrated or associated.

Consequently, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for these products, since they constitute goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. This exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not limit the customer’s legal rights in the event of a defective product, preparation error, shipping error or lack of conformity.

Circuits intended to be attached to the skin or clothing

This includes in particular: Q-One / Q-Alpha, Q-S / Q-Theta, Q-Ultra / Q-Omega, Q-Go when used with tape-type or adhesive fixation. These products can only be refunded if they are fully functional, undamaged, with no trace of glue, no adhesive residue, no dirt, clean and in resale condition. Any alteration, adhesive mark or deterioration related to use may result in depreciation, or even a refusal of refund.

Q-Tape

Q-Tape is returnable only if it is in resale condition, with no sign of use. During the inspection, objective criteria may be taken into account, including visible reduction in length, alteration of the roll, measurable reduction in volume or thickness, signs of use, dirt or deformation. Any use, even partial, making the product unsuitable for resale may result in a discount or a refusal of refund.

Q-Box, kits and bundles

Any kit or bundle, including Q-Box, must be returned complete. An incomplete kit, with missing, substituted or absent accessories, may result in significant depreciation, or even a refusal of refund if the product is unsellable.

Toe separators

Toe separators are products intended to come into direct contact with the feet. For hygiene reasons, they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if they have been tried on or worn, no longer making it possible to guarantee their new condition. In the event of a product defect or shipping error, the legal guarantees remain applicable.

INP Fascia Tool

Returns are accepted only if the product is clean, unused and without signs of use. Any sign of use may make the product unsuitable for resale and result in a refusal of refund.

Textile products manufactured on demand

Certain products, including textiles or clothing, may be manufactured exclusively to order after validation. Since these products are made specifically for each order, they are not returnable, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Q-Technology OU.

6. Products on pre-sale, restocking or in production

For products ordered on pre-sale, restocking or in production, the communicated deadlines are provisional, unless there is an express written commitment to a firm date. When the customer agrees to order a product on pre-sale, they acknowledge that the product is not immediately available and that the payment may contribute to the reservation, production or logistical organization of the product.

If the estimated availability period changes significantly, Q-Technology OU may offer the customer to maintain their order, accept an alternative solution or request a refund where applicable.

Orders containing products on pre-sale or restocking

When an order contains one or more products indicated as being on pre-sale, pre-order or restocking, as well as one or more products currently in stock, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the entire order will be shipped in a single shipment.

In this case, the products available in stock will not be subject to an automatic separate shipment. The complete order will be shipped only when all ordered products are available.

If the customer wishes to receive the available products immediately, it is their responsibility to place separate orders: one order for the products in stock, and a separate order for the products on pre-sale, pre-order or restocking.

7. Defective or non-conforming products

The customer benefits from the two-year legal guarantees applicable according to their area of residence in the event of a defective or non-conforming product.

The customer must indicate their order number and describe the defect observed. Photos or videos may be requested. A solution will be proposed according to the case: replacement, repair or any other applicable legal remedy. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, non-compliant use, unauthorized modification, accident or normal wear and tear.

8. Unclaimed, refused or returned parcel

When the return results from a refusal of delivery, an unclaimed parcel, failure to collect, an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to pay customs duties, local taxes or import fees, or any other cause attributable to the customer, the following costs may be deducted from any possible refund.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting us as soon as possible.
  • Once the order has shipped, you must follow the return process.

10. Refund Request Related to a Delivery Delay or Issue

A refund request due to a delivery delay, blocked carrier tracking, or dissatisfaction with the package delivery is treated as a delivery claim until the package has been officially declared lost, returned to Q-Technology OU, or delivered to the customer.

Once the order has already been handed over to the carrier or shipped, it can no longer be administratively canceled during transit. Q-Technology OU may open an investigation with the carrier and propose a suitable solution depending on the outcome of the tracking: continued delivery, reshipment, refund when applicable, or processing of the return after actual receipt of the package.

This provision does not deprive the consumer of their legal right of withdrawal when applicable, nor of their rights in the event of confirmed non-delivery or a non-conforming product.

11. Refund Policy – Online Digital Training Programs

The training programs offered through the Website are intended exclusively for professionals and are purchased within the scope of their professional activities.

Due to the digital nature of the training programs and their online delivery, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the service shall be deemed fully delivered by the Provider upon the transmission of login credentials, access links, or any other means enabling access to the training materials.

The Client expressly acknowledges that the effective delivery of the service is not dependent upon the Client’s actual use of the training, login to the platform, access to the content, completion of the program, or any other form of participation. The service is considered delivered once access credentials have been provided by the Provider.

Accordingly, from the moment login credentials or access details are transmitted to the Client, no cancellation, withdrawal, refund, chargeback, or reimbursement request shall be accepted.

Exceptions may be considered solely in the event of duplicate payment, cancellation of the training by the Provider, a technical access failure attributable to the Provider and not remedied within a reasonable period, a substantial discrepancy between the training delivered and its published description, or where required by applicable mandatory law.

Any request falling within the above exceptions must be submitted in writing and supported by appropriate evidence for review by the Provider.
