Why a test before the Q-Pro?
The Q-Pro comes in three calibrations: Q-Alpha, Q-Theta and Q-Omega. Only one gives you perfect posture, and nobody can guess which: it is found at the test, in front of you. That is why we never sell a Q-Pro without a test.
How it works, in five steps

Check that a tester is within reach
On the map, enter your city or postal code and choose your distance, from 5 to 150 km. You see how many certified testers work within that radius. Their names stay hidden until you pay: they see clients by appointment only.

Secure card payment. No shipping fee: it is a service, there is nothing to ship.

Get your code
Right after payment, you receive an email with your personal code (TPP-XXXX-XXXX) and a link that opens the map with your code already filled in. The testers around you appear with their contact details. Your code is valid for 365 days.

Choose your tester and request your appointment
Click “Request an appointment”: your tester receives your request with your first name, email and phone number, and contacts you within 48 hours to set the date. No reply within 72 hours? Choose another tester with the same code. Rather call or write yourself? Those buttons are there too.

Take your test, in fifteen minutes
Give your code to the tester. They observe your posture on three planes, record your tilts in centimeters, score your neck rotation out of 7 on each side, then push on your strength and stability tests: you feel what holds and what gives way. They then place the circuits, find your profile and repeat exactly the same tests. No equipment, nothing to prepare.

After the test
Perfect posture reached
You leave knowing your profile: Q-Alpha, Q-Theta or Q-Omega. You can then order the Q-Pro calibrated to that profile, after seeing it work on you.
No perfect posture
Your test is refunded (ask on the same day). If none of the three profiles gives perfect posture, your tester suggests the Q-Go, which needs no profile.
About one person in two hundred does not reach perfect posture, whatever calibration is tried (field observation, not audited).
Either way, if the test is for you (you say so at checkout), you then receive your record by email: your profile, what was observed, and a personal link to view it for one year.

No tester near you?
Widen the distance on the map. Still nobody? Leave your email under “Let me know”: we write to you as soon as a tester sets up in your area. You can also talk to your health or sports professional: they can become a certified tester. And if you want to move forward right away, the Q-Go can be ordered without a test.

I did not receive my code.
Check your spam folder, then write to office@qbiohacking.com with your order number: we resend it within 24 hours.
Can I choose any tester?
Yes, any certified tester within the distance you chose. And if the one you chose does not reply within 72 hours, your code lets you choose another one.
Can the test be done remotely or at home?
No. The Perfect Posture Test is done in person, at a certified practitioner’s office, by appointment.
What if perfect posture is not reached?
Your test is refunded: ask for it on the same day, from your tester or at office@qbiohacking.com.
Can my child take the test?
From age 5, with a parent present.
Is it medical?
No. It is a functional, non-medical assessment. The circuit is passive: no battery, no electrode, no substance.
