1. Nature of Q-Technology Products

Q-Technology OÜ designs and distributes, under the Q-Technology brand, functional performance and wellness tools intended to support the central nervous system through a coherent frequency signature. The range includes notably:

Q-Go insoles, with universal Harmonia signature;
Q-NeuroSync Pro circuits and insoles, calibrated to one of the 4 Biophysical Profiles: Alpha, Theta, Omega, Harmonia;
Bigfoot Standard and Bigfoot Master kits for Certified Testers;
The INP-Fascia Tool 3.0, a manual tool for myofascial release.

All Q-Technology products are passive, non-invasive, battery-free and electrode-free. They produce no heat, emit no active radiation, and operate by capturing and converting ambient electromagnetic pollution into a coherent signature, based on a passive RFID-family principle.

2. Absence of Medical Classification

Q-Technology products are not medical devices within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR). They are not registered with competent authorities as medical devices and do not carry a medical CE marking.

Q-Technology products do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Q-Technology products do not replace appropriate medical care. In the event of persistent symptoms, known pathology or any doubt, customers are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional.

The European conformity CE marking applicable to Q-Technology products covers electromagnetic compatibility and product safety directives for non-medical products within their functional category as performance and wellness tools.

3. Usage Precautions and Contraindications

Before using Q-Technology products, customers must consult a qualified healthcare professional in the following cases:

Use of a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, insulin pump or any other implanted electronic medical device;
Pregnancy, breastfeeding or specific gynaecological-obstetric follow-up;
History of epilepsy, severe neurological disorders or recent cerebrovascular accidents;
Presence of major metal implants or recent unstabilised prostheses;
Heavy medication likely to alter autonomic nervous system regulation;
For minors under fourteen (14) years of age, use is permitted only under parental supervision and with advice from a paediatric healthcare professional.

4. Individual Results May Vary

Observations from the use of Q-Technology products may vary from one person to another.

Testimonials, clinical observations and results shared on the website are drawn from individual cases and constitute independently unaudited self-reported data.

Approximately one person in two hundred (1/200) does not respond to Q-Technology standardised protocols, including the Perfect Posture Test. This non-response is openly acknowledged and is covered by the tester guarantee set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Certified Tester bundles.

No specific result is guaranteed in terms of physical performance, pain relief, postural improvement or any other perceived benefit. The effects described are functional observations, not contractual promises of efficacy.

5. State of Research and Peer-Reviewed Characterisation

The 4 Biophysical Profiles — Alpha, Theta, Omega and Harmonia — and their discovery are personally attributed to Nicolas Desjardins, founder of Q-Technology OÜ.

The formal peer-reviewed characterisation of these profiles, as well as the mechanisms of action of Q-Technology products, is ongoing as part of Nicolas Desjardins’s doctoral research: DBA in Applied Science for Innovation in Human Performance, PhD in Integrative Medicine, and Master’s in Neuroscience currently in progress.

Q-Technology internal studies are conducted under protocol using calibrated instrumentation, including Kinvent dynamometers, high-frequency postural video and heart rate variability measurements.

These studies have not yet been submitted for peer-reviewed publication and R&D data have not been independently audited to date.

Q-Technology OÜ is committed to publishing the results of formal studies upon their completion on the website.

6. Safety and Instructions for Use

Q-Technology insoles must be used in shoes appropriate to the customer’s size and must not be modified, pierced, cut or otherwise altered. Any unauthorised modification voids the commercial warranty.

The insoles must not be machine-washed or exposed to extreme conditions, including prolonged immersion, excessive heat above 60°C or prolonged direct sunlight.

Q-NeuroSync circuits, including Chips Pro and Q-Go, must be handled with care and must not be bent or subjected to significant mechanical impact.

The INP-Fascia Tool must be used with gentle, controlled movements, avoiding excessive pressure. Do not use on broken, infected or inflamed skin. Keep out of reach of children.

The complete user guide is included with each order and remains accessible on the Store. Customers are encouraged to read it before first use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Q-Technology OÜ accepts no liability for any damage resulting from incorrect, inappropriate or non-compliant use of the products, or from any unauthorised modification thereof.

Q-Technology OÜ shall not be held liable for any failure to consult a healthcare professional prior to use where such consultation is recommended under the cases listed in section 3.

By purchasing and using Q-Technology products, the customer accepts these terms and acknowledges that use of the products is at their own risk, within the limits of mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions.

8. International Customers and Local Regulatory Compliance

Q-Technology products are distributed internationally. For customers residing outside the European Union, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify that these products comply with the laws, standards and regulations applicable in their country of residence.

Q-Technology OÜ shall not be held liable for any legal, customs or regulatory issues arising from the import, commercialisation or use of the products in a third country.

Certain jurisdictions may impose specific restrictions on wellness tools or devices emitting frequency signatures. Customers are encouraged to check with the relevant local authorities before making any purchase.

9. Data Privacy and Testimonials

The processing of customers’ personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Store, in accordance with the GDPR.

Testimonials shared by customers or Certified Testers on the Q-Technology website or social media are shared with their explicit consent. Customers wishing to withdraw their testimonial may request this by contacting office@qbiohacking.com.

10. Amendments to This Disclaimer

Q-Technology OÜ reserves the right to amend this disclaimer at any time, in particular to take account of changes in regulations, scientific knowledge or the product range.

The applicable version is the one available on the website at the time of purchase. Customers are encouraged to consult the current version regularly.
