What it is
A pair of soft, latex-free silicone toe separators. Slim, low-profile, with a flexible one-size fit that adapts to most feet. Washable and reusable.
What you may feel

How to use them
- Start with 15 to 20 minutes a day, then increase gradually as comfort allows.
- For the first days, wear them while resting at home (reading, TV).
- A mild stretch is normal; sharp pain is not: take them off and try again later.
- Barefoot, or in shoes only if the toe box is wide enough (minimalist, wide toe-box shoes). Compatible with toe socks.
- Care: warm soapy water.
What they do not do
They do not treat, correct or prevent any deformity or pain, and they are not a medical device. If you have foot pain, a deformity (bunion, hammer toes) or a condition (diabetes, circulation problems), ask a health professional before using them.
With the Fascia-Tool and Q-Technology

Delivery and returns
Processed within 1 to 3 working days, then estimated delivery within 5 to 20 working days (article 13 of our T&Cs). Hygiene product: if delivered sealed, the right of withdrawal may be excluded once the seal is opened, where the law allows (article 25.6 of our T&Cs).
