Q-Pro requires a test before shipping because it’s a precision-calibrated solution, not a one-size-fits-all product. If your area is covered, you can move forward immediately. If not, you’ll be guided toward the best alternative (typically Q-Go) or advised on the closest available testing point.

Once you’ve confirmed tester coverage, you place your Q-Pro order on the website and pay securely by card. Right after payment, you receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, your order is reserved in our system as paid and awaiting testing, meaning your purchase is secured and the next step is simply to schedule your Perfect Posture Test.

After your order is confirmed, a Q-Technology representative reaches out to verify the key details (product type: Q-Pro insoles or Q-Pro chips, your location, and your preferred contact info). They’ll also ask for your preferred days and time windows for the test. This step ensures scheduling is smooth and prevents back-and-forth with multiple parties — you give your availability once, and we handle the coordination.

Based on your availability and location, we connect you with the appropriate Certified Tester and confirm the appointment. Once the meeting time is locked in, you receive the tester’s contact details and any practical information needed (where to go, what to bring, and what to expect). The goal here is simple: make sure you have a clear appointment, a clear contact person, and no uncertainty before test day.
Get tested
Complete the Perfect Posture Test (required for Q-Pro)
You meet the tester for the Perfect Posture Test, a standardized before/after functional protocol used to identify the most relevant Q-Pro configuration. The test is designed to be clear, safe, and non-invasive, and focuses on functional markers (e.g., posture organization, stability/balance, mobility, isometric force). You and the tester observe the results together so the final selection is based on measured response, not guesswork.
Delivery
Receive your Q-Pro products
After the test, the tester submits the results to Q-Technology through a secure online form. Once we receive and validate the submission, your order moves to fulfillment: we prepare your Q-Pro insoles or chips and ship them to the address used in your order, with tracking sent automatically. This ensures what you receive matches what was confirmed during testing — the whole point of Q-Pro is maximum precision, delivered correctly.
